HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Click here to join our research panel. You will be asked to supply some basic information and create your account. Bear in mind the more complete your profile, the greater your chance of being invited to participate in surveys. After registration we’ll send you a verification email and we’re good to go.

HOW MUCH CASH DO I EARN?

A.

How much you earn depends on the length of the survey. On average, it’s likely to be from $1 to $5. Not life changing we realise, but it will add up over time
and you’ll find the surveys give you a useful insight into how feedback is generated and how organisations and brands are planning their activities.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We take your privacy very seriously. Your personal information is used purely to ensure we send you relevant surveys. At no time will your survey responses
be linked to you as an individual as all information collected in a survey is anonymous and analysed in aggregate. No personal information will be shared
unless you grant express permission. Read our Privacy Policy .

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Earnings are generated upon completion of a survey. Once your balance hits the threshold of $17 you can request transfer directly to your PayPal account. If
you don’t have a PayPal account, it’s very easy and useful to set one up. You can do this here. From PayPal you can transfer your cash directly into your bank
account or use your PayPal account to fund online purchases.

HOW OFTEN CAN I DO A SURVEY?

Once only. Multiple entries will be deemed ineligible. Please note that some surveys have a time limit, so be sure to respond to your email invitations promptly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A SURVEY?

A.

The average survey is between 10-15 minutes, sometimes much shorter. We’ll give you a good idea of the time involved before you begin.

HOW DO I CHECK/REDEEM MY EARNINGS?

You can undertake this at any time simply by logging into SurveyUs heading to ‘YOUR PROFILE’ and then select ‘REDEEM REWARDS’.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

A.

Once registered just head to Login, select ‘YOUR PROFILE’ followed by ‘UPDATE PROFILE’ and you’ll see the ‘Change password’ link

CAN I CHANGE MY USERNAME AND EMAIL?

A.

Your username can’t be changed once set. If you need to update your email address, Login, select ‘YOUR PROFILE’ followed by ‘UPDATE PROFILE’ and at the
top you’ll see the ‘Change email’ link.

HOW DO I TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT?

A.

We make this very easy. Simply Login, select ‘YOUR PROFILE’ followed by ‘UPDATE PROFILE’, select ‘Close Account’ near the foot of the page and confirm your
action by entering your password.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

A.

Head to the Login page, and follow the link to ‘Forgot Password?’ and we’ll email you a new password.

WHY AREN’T I RECEIVING ANY INVITATIONS?

A.

Most members of our panel receive survey invites within a few days of registering. Unfortunately, some email services read our invitations are spam. For this
reason, we ask that you regularly check your spam folder and make any necessary setting changes. Adding please@surveyus.club to your safe sender or
contact list usually fixes the problem

WHY AM I RECEIVING A MESSAGE SAYING THAT I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE SURVEY’S TARGET GROUP SHORTLY AFTER BEGINNING A SURVEY?

A.

While regularly updating and building ‘YOUR PROFILE’ helps enormously, we don’t always know precisely if you satisfy all the criteria of a target group when
we send out an invitation. If it emerges that you do not qualify as the target group, the survey will end promptly to minimise inconvenience to you.

WHY HAVE I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING SUFFICIENT NUMBERS HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE SURVEY?

A.

The Internet and emails are fast! Some participants react so quickly that a survey reaches the desired number of respondents before everyone who was
invited has a chance to participate.

WHY CAN’T I ACCESS THE SURVEY?

A.

Here are some steps to ensure you are able to access surveys:
Make sure your popup blocker is turned off.
Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
Take the survey from a desktop or laptop. Some surveys may not be suitable for devices such as smartphones or tablets.
Try using a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
Paste the survey link into your browser rather than clicking the link in your email.
Add please@surveyus.club to your safe sender or contact list.
